I'm a New York City-based photographer and filmmaker.
I began my career in neuroscience, earning a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and pursuing a PhD at Weill Cornell Medicine. I was drawn to neuroscience as a way to better understand the human condition. But over time, I realized science observes to reject what is, while photography observes to accept it. That shift in perspective led me to art and storytelling as a more intuitive path toward understanding and growth.
I started with street photography, captivated by candid moments and the authenticity they hold. That passion soon evolved into a love for portraiture, which inspired me to open a studio space where I now work with clients.
I specialize in headshot photography for actors and corporate professionals, and also offer creative portrait sessions that explore identity and character.
Currently, I'm expanding my storytelling practice through claymation and short films, and I’ve completed a feature-length screenplay that’s ready for production.
Whether through still images or film, I’m always exploring new ways to tell human stories—honestly, thoughtfully, and with intention.
*All street photography photos are true candids where the subject is not staged or posed
